Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident with every order you place from FAMORE.

You’re welcome to open and inspect your order in front of the courier.

If you wish to exchange or return an item, it must be handed back to the courier immediately during delivery.

Once the courier has left, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Please ensure you’re available at your address at the time of delivery to try on the item and confirm it meets your expectations in terms of size and quality.
